Understanding the Selling Process

  • A no-commitment discussion, where we understand your situation, goals and ambitions. RDG invests in each business owner, getting to know you as an individual and business person. We want to piece together the ideal deal for everyone so that we can move forward together with enthusiasm and excitement.

  • Once we have received the required financial and business documentation, Rosemont Dental Group will provide a valuation of the business and propose several deal options so that the business owner finds the perfect deal.

  • A Heads of Terms agreement document will then be created and sent to the business owner to be reviewed. Once happy the document will be signed and agreed.

  • The due diligence process then begins, sorting through financial data and historical business documents.

    The final deal documents will be produced and ready to be signed once due diligence has been completed.

  • Once all parties are happy with the deal, all documentation will be signed and agreed upon.

    Rosemont Dental Group will then instruct their back-office support function partners to sort their plug-and-play features. We will also support each team member post-acquisition in our bespoke manner to ensure constant support and operational advancement.
